If you are starting from scratch, renovating, or you are not sure what sits behind the wall, choose the version with valves so the in-wall body and the visible brass parts arrive as one matched set with correct threading.

Your valves need 1/2" NPT outlets, spaced 8" apart center to center, at the same height. If your rough-in differs, or you cannot confirm it, order the version with valves, or send us a photo of your rough-in before buying and we will tell you which option fits.

This is a wall mount set, so the spout and both handles come out of the wall rather than through holes in the sink or counter. The supply lines have to run inside the wall. If your water comes up through the vanity, or the basin has pre-drilled holes, you need a deck mount faucet instead.

Yes. A brass polish, or a simple mix of lemon juice and baking soda, brings back the bright finish. The brass then starts to patina again, so you can keep polishing it if you prefer the golden look, or leave it to age.

Brass darkens fastest where it is touched and where water sits, so the handles and the spout tip usually age before the rest. Most owners consider that the point of a living finish. If you prefer an even tone, dry the faucet after use and polish it occasionally.

No. Patina is a surface change on the outside of the brass. The ceramic cartridges and the internal waterways are unaffected, so flow and sealing stay the same as the finish darkens.

Wipe it with a soft damp cloth and dry it. Avoid bleach, abrasive pads and harsh bathroom chemicals, which mark the brass. If you have hard water, drying the spout after use keeps limescale from building up around the aerator.

5 years on the fixture for residential use, and 1 year on wearable parts such as cartridges and O-rings. Manufacturing defects are repaired or replaced; installation and labor costs are not included. Visual damage should be reported within 15 days of delivery with photos.
