This is a hardwired fixture that mounts to a standard wall junction box, not a plug-in lamp. It is built for 110 to 120V US standard supply.

If there is no junction box at your chosen spot, they will need to add one, so get that quoted before you order.

It takes any standard E26 base bulb, the common US screw fitting, so replacements are available in any hardware store. It is dimmable when you pair a dimmable bulb with a compatible dimmer switch. Warmer bulbs, around 2700K, bring out the copper tone far better than cool white, which flattens it.

This sconce arrives in an antique copper finish with a protective coating, so it is designed to hold its appearance rather than darken quickly the way raw copper does.

Clean it with a dry or barely damp soft cloth only. Avoid copper polish, vinegar, lemon, abrasive pads, and household sprays. Those are meant for uncoated copper and will cut through the coating, leaving patches that cannot be evened out afterwards.
